Orders

  1. What happens when I purchase an item(s)? Read More
  2. When you make a purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email providing a summary of your order and that your payment was processed successfully.

    For download purchases, you will find your items on your account. Click here for instructions.

    For mail order items, your order will be shipped by mail unless you have contacted our office to make special arrangements. Contact us if you would prefer another shipping method; additional charges may apply.

    You will receive an Order Shipped email when your purchase has been mailed. Once your order is shipped we can’t make any changes. We cannot estimate delivery times as that is up to the post office, and whether you are having rain or snow or sleet or hail.

  4. If you have a download purchase, we can change your order prior to download.

    If you have a mail order purchase, we can change your order up until it is shipped.

  8. Prices displayed on our site does not include taxes.

    Sales tax will be added to purchases where applicable, depending on your location or shipping address. The applicable sales tax depends on your province or country of residence, and will be calculated and charged on checkout.

  10. To ensure your payment is processed successfully, here are some common errors to avoid:

    1. Check the selected Card Type (Visa, Master Card, American Express.)
    2. Enter your credit card account number with NO spaces or dashes.
    3. If everything seems correct and your card is not accepted, call the customer service number on the back of your credit card.
    4. If you would prefer to pay by e-transfer or check we would be happy to help. Contact us to make arrangements for alternate payment.

    If you’re new, then it’s easy to create an account. On the My Account page click the Create New Account button. TTLOInc my account icon We will never share your information.

    All we need is your email and password. You can opt in for our newsletter or not, it’s up to you. We’d love to keep you notified of new releases and free downloads.

  6. You have 3 ways to unsubscribe from our newsletter.

    Any time you receive a newsletter, there is an unsubscribe option at the bottom.

    Send us an email from the email on our list with the word unsubscribe in it.

    Change your Account Info:

    To access your account, click the My Account icon (the little white head) on the left side in the banner. To log in to your account use the same email and password you used to create your account.

    On the Account Info tab you’ll see Account Information. Under ‘Company Name’ is the opt in for the newsletter. Simply uncheck the box and click the Update button

Downloading your purchase

  1. Where is my download purchase? Read More
  2. Everything is on your TTLO Inc account. To access your great downloads, click the My Account icon (the little white head) on the left side in the banner. To log in to your account and get your stuff use the same email and password you used to create your account.

    On the My Account page you’ll see two tabs: Downloads and Account Info.

    On the Downloads tab you’ll find all your purchases and FREE downloads. Under each item there is a Download button so you can download each item.

To access your free downloads, click the My Account icon (the little white head) on the left side in the banner. To log in to your account and get your stuff use the same email and password you used to create your account.

    On the Downloads tab you’ll find all your purchases and FREE downloads. Under each item there is a Download button so you can download each item.

  6. Downloading to an Apple mobile device (IPOD, IPAD, Iphone) requires an extra step. Please click here for Apple mobile device (IPOD, IPAD, Iphone) downloading instructions.

    For downloading to your home computer(APPLE, or Microsoft), or other smart mobile devices such as Android or Google phones use the following method.

    Everything is on your TTLO Inc account. While viewing ttloinc.com Click the My Account icon (the little white head) on the left side in the banner and log in to your account.

    On the My Account page you’ll see two tabs: Downloads and Account Info.

    On the Downloads tab you’ll find all your purchases. Under each item there is a Download button so you can download each item.

    Our MP3 workshop files are high quality recordings, so downloads are provided as ZIP files to conserve your time and bandwidth. Simply click the Download button under the item to start the download. Depending upon your browser configuration the download will either start automatically, or you will be prompted to save the file on your device. Simply choose to save the file, and the download should progress.

    Now unzip the downloaded files. Wait for download to complete from the previous step above. Locate the downloaded zip file on your computer or device. Double click on the zip file and you should either be prompted as to where to save the extracted files, or an application (eg WinRAR) will open. Choose a folder that you would like to keep your workshop or book for future listening. Good places would be in your documents folder, or in your media library folder. Then extract all the files to that location (winRAR click Extract To, choose the folder location and then hit OK).

    If you do not see a prompt when you double click the downloaded zip file then you probably do not have an unzip application installed. Click here to get information on how to install zip.

    Now play or read the downloaded workshop or books. Open the directory where the tracks/books have been unzipped/extracted. A separate MP3 file is provided for each track of a workshop you purchased. Double click on an MP3 file to play or load. The Mp3 or video file should now play automatically in your default player. If the download was a book then Double click on the file and it should open in a reader. If it doesn’t open then you may need to install a book reader.

  7. Downloading into Apple mobile devices (IPOD, IPAD, Iphone). Read More
  8. If you are downloading to an Apple mobile device (IPOD, IPAD, Iphone) an extra step is required. It requires that you first download and unzip the files to a computer as in the previous steps. Then use Itunes to load the files into your mobile device.

    1. From your home computer follow the steps highlighted in How do I download my purchase(above)? Make sure you also unzip the downloaded file as per the above instructions.
    2. From your computer load your files into Itunes. Open itunes and import the folder/album that contains the unzipped files into your itunes library.
    3. Load your APPLE mobile device from Itunes. Plug your Apple mobile device into the computer via the Apple USB cable. Itunes will automatically see the APPLE device and then prompt you to synchronize, and will load the album onto your Apple mobile device as you would any other media file. Your TTLO Inc download is now ready for you to enjoy on your apple device.
  9. I don’t have unzip. How do I UnZip? Read More
  10. We make use of zip to bundle all the tracks into a single file, and to conserve your time and bandwidth. Most devices, including phones, tablets, and computers usually have unZIP software already installed.

    If your computer/device does not have the unZIP application installed you can download it for free from the web. Several such applications are WinZIP, WinRAR, RAR. You can download RAR for free by clicking here. RAR supports MAC OS, Android, Google phones, Windows, even Linux. Select the right version for your device. You can find many other unZIP applications by searching the web.

  11. I don’t see my purchase on the Download tab. Read More
  12. It may take a few minutes after you have completed your purchase for the item to appear on your account.

    If you’ve got lots of great stuff from TTLO Inc, your purchases could be listed on multiple pages. Click next to see more results. You can also search within your purchases.

  13. Can I play downloads on my phone? Read More
  14. Yes.

    APPLE phones, IPODS and IPADs are supported. To download to these devices requires an extra step. Refer to Downloading into Apple mobile devices (IPOD, IPAD, Iphone)

    Android and Google phones are support. On these devices Zip is usually built right in. Refer to How do I download my purchase(above)? for details on downloading. If you are having unZip problems you can get a free version that supports Google or Android device. Refer to I don’t have unzip. How do I UnZip?.

Returns

  1. What is TTLO Inc’s return policy?Read More
  2. We will always replace a product that is defective. Please contact us first so we can replace your purchase quickly and easily. We will replace ‘worn out’ CDs too.

    We accept returns and exchanges for unopened products returned within 30 days of the purchase.

    Purchases of workshop downloads or ebooks that have been downloaded are ‘opened’ and cannot be returned.

  2. Our office is in eastern Ontario, Canada. Generally we answer the phone between 10am and 4pm Eastern Time. If we don’t answer, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you soon. If you’re in another time zone let us know, so we call at a time that’s good for you.

    The TTLO Inc online Shop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
